By using Notifi ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Notifi is a notification reminder service allowing users to create scheduled reminders delivered via email or push notifications.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address
  • You must verify your email before notifications can be sent
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 16 years old

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate any applicable laws
  • Upload malicious code
  • Attempt unauthorised access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and transmit this content to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content.

6. Service Availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Notification delivery depends on third-party services outside our control.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Privacy. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
